5 media institutions:Disney,produces films, programmes and songs. Instagram, produces adverts to advertise other brands to earn money.E produces reality events and television, and Capital FM produces the latest music that everyone will enjoy sell as ads which make the money.

Media language
The words, images and sounds of media products
For example sound affects the media by being entertaining.
How the media is constructed
all media messages have been assembled by someone.
How the media communicates with us.
For example Google, communicates well.
Denotation: what we see.
Connotation: what it means.

Representation
How people, places, events are presented in the media.
All representations are biased.
For example the Kardashians are represented as being rich, and not deserving what they earn.
Another example is Donald Trump who is presented as racist, annoying and rude.


Audience
Who a media product is produced for.
For example beauty gurus like Jeffrey Star is created for an audience who likes makeup .
Another example is Love island which is aimed towards teenagers.
